3. Donations & Refunds

All donations made through our payment gateways to Maeyes Foundation are voluntary. As an NGO, we rely on contributions to run free eye screening camps, cataract surgeries, and visual awareness outreach programs. Under normal circumstances, donations are non-refundable. However, in the event of an unauthorized transaction or duplicate deduction, donors may contact us at contact@maeyesfoundation.org within 7 days of the transaction for assistance.

4. Statutory Exemptions & Taxation

Maeyes Foundation is a registered trust under the Indian Trusts Act. Donations are eligible for tax deduction benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors are responsible for providing their PAN card numbers at the time of donation to ensure the issuance of Form 10BE certificate.

5. Limitation of Liability

Maeyes Foundation strives to ensure all information on this website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of information. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our website.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or our donation processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dibrugarh, Assam.
